## INTRODUCTION

## PROCESS AND TIMELINE
Upon receipt of your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 calendar days. Once processed, you will no longer be able to access your account, and all data associated with your profile will be permanently removed, unless retention is legally required.
## THE FOLLOWING DATA WILL BE DELETED:
- Your account credentials, including your email and encrypted password
- Optional profile information (e.g., name, location preferences)
- User-generated content such as restaurant reviews and favorites
- Access and session logs (unless legally retained for security/audit purposes)
## EXCEPTIONS
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or legal defense purposes.
